Your first visit
A first visit sets the tone for how you feel about dental care. We work hard to make that experience calm, organized, and reassuring — whether you’re coming in for yourself, your child, or an older family member. From the moment you arrive, our team walks you through each step so you’re never left guessing what happens next.
Before you arrive
When you book, we’ll explain how long the visit will take and what type of appointment you’re scheduled for. You may receive forms to complete in advance or be asked to arrive a few minutes early.
What happens during your visit
Your visit may include a conversation about your dental history, a review of symptoms, a thorough examination of teeth, gums, bite, and soft tissues, and digital X-rays or photos if needed. Time is set aside to talk through findings and next steps.
Here to help with CDCP
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is designed to help eligible Canadians access needed dental care with lower out-of-pocket costs. We welcome CDCP patients and make the process as clear and supportive as possible.
Support for children
We move at a child’s pace, use friendly language, and celebrate small wins to help visits feel positive and manageable.
